Main function module of system: data acquisition module, data transmission module, network diagnosis service program, status monitoring and remote diagnosis software.
1.Data acquisition module
collect operating data, parameter and information code related to fault for numerical control system.
2.Data transmission module
network data transmission module also added in upper-layer software of numerical control system, mainly responsible for receiving collected data in A/D data acquisition card in numerical control system, conduct unpack to received data as set format, store in sending data buffer, and scan whether there is parameter information waiting for receive or diagnosis result sent back by remote analytic system in data receiving buffer. Data transmission module also is responsible for receiving format information of collected data, such as frequency, segments, count etc. For complex fault, it shall conduct expert diagnosis combined with video information.
3.Network diagnosis service program
Network diagnosis service program provides a convenient and effective tool for analysis and diagnosis of fault of machine tool, the system can calculate all kinds of characteristic frequency for diagnosed gearbox and motor unit, including motor and machinery these two parts. Necessary input parameter to calculate motor characteristic frequency: rotor slot number of AC motor, stator slot number, number of pole-pairs, actual rotation speed, outer circle radius of iron core, inner circle radius of iron core, length of iron core, motor power, motor model and power frequency etc. Necessary input parameter to calculate mechanical part characteristic frequency: rotation speed of shaft, bearing outside diameter, bearing inside diameter, bearing sphere diameter, bearing ball (needle) number, teeth number of gear, power frequency and shaft number etc.
4. Status monitoring and remote diagnosis software
To guarantee accuracy and effectiveness of monitor and diagnosis, installing typical fault spectrogram which has passed through careful selection and arrangement in software system, and accumulate all kinds of typical fault spectrogram for monitored machine tool according to running experience. Meanwhile, authorized professional staff can freely add, delete or modify diagnostic knowledge and fuzzy relation matrix by knowledge editor in module to guarantee reliable and high-quality diagnosis result for the system.
When conducting fault diagnosis in actual situation, it will first conduct FFT and cepstrum analysis to fault signal by computer, and automatically calculate fault symptom vector quantity according to amplitude frequency diagram. And then automatically search fault diagnosis knowledge base by computer, and use fuzzy logic diagnostic to get diagnosis result.
